A rare, handmade old Bedouin silver hanging pendant with a carnelian setting.
Likely from Siwa Oasis or the Sinai.
Decorated with granulation, heart dangles and other silver detailing.
Collected in the 1980's in Egypt. Likely from the 1930's - 1950's.
Condition: Good, with wear due to age and use. No hallmark. .500+ silver (ie low silver content) - though given that it is made with different elements, some may have higher silver content than others.
Measurements: 6 inches / 15. 24 cm long from top of bail to bottom of dangles.
Weighs 66.2 grams.

USPS First Class International Shipping is now available for $7.50 for orders of less than $99.00 and is FREE for orders of $99.00 or more.
UPS , FedEx and Priority services via USPS are available for an additional fee.
For China and India, and some other regions, we only use UPS, FedEX, or USPS Priority Express Mail International, due to better tracking and reliability of delivery.
