Age descriptions on our treasures are educated estimates, determined by references such as the Bead Timeline and bead and ethnic jewelry reference sources (books, experts, etc).

• New Production: Less than 25 years old (1999 or older)
• Contemporary: Made recently, components vary in age
• Vintage: 20-99 years old (1930-1999)
• Old: 70+ years old (early to mid-1900's)
• Antique: at least 100 years old (1925 or older)
• Ancient: 1000+ years old (1200 C.E. or earlier)
