Antique Vert-de-Gris Bronze Metal Bells from Mali.These large antique bronze bells are used by the Dogon people, who live high in the cliffs of the West African savannah, and make necklaces and jewelry of iron and copper alloy using the lost wax technique. According to the reference book the History of Beads, these bells may have been made in Mali or may have been imported for use there.

These large bells are big and would make excellent props for a show table or booth. They are really special.

Bell shown in hand is 7 cm tall including bail.

No sound / ringer in these bells.
