A graduated strand of diamond shaped agate and carnelian beads found in Mali.
Provenance: Likely to have originally been hand cut in India as the stone bead trade in India goes back thousands of years and many stone beads out of West Africa originated in India.
Age: Circa 1600's-1800's.
