Islamic eye beads, Islamic and European glass beads and Egyptian and European glass strands. Each is different and has useful and beautiful beads!
Strand A has Ancient Islamic glass eye beads from Mali and Mauritania. 23 beads. 8-15mm. Lots of wear and patina. Circa 1200 A.D. These are a dark blue. Photo has light behind it to show off beads.
B.Islamic glass beads, with a few European glass beads too. 31 beads. 9-16mm. Some nice shapes here, a good mix for jewelry designs. Age from 1200 AD - 1800s.
C. Donut shaped beads from Islamic era, Europe and mostly from Egypt. Green beads are Egyptian glass. 10-16mm. 23 beads.
Blue glass and eye beads were traded and worn to keep away the "evil eye" in many cultures across the Mediterranean and in Africa.

USPS First Class International Shipping is now available for $7.50 for orders of less than $99.00 and is FREE for orders of $99.00 or more.
UPS , FedEx and Priority services via USPS are available for an additional fee.
For China and India, and some other regions, we only use UPS, FedEX, or USPS Priority Express Mail International, due to better tracking and reliability of delivery.
