This type of bangle was used as a Sewing basket handles for Chinese decorated sewing baskets.
Could be used in jewelry or art design projects.
Rita visited China in the late 1970's and discovered these sewing basket handles. The larger bangles were made in Canton China by the Kwong Yick company. The smaller one may be older or may be a reproduction.
Estimate 1950-1970 but could be older.
Pink and yellow handles measure 3-3.5 inches diameter.
