A lovely vintage granulated silver focal heart pendant from Senegal or Mauritania, which both have traditions of expert silversmith work.
Circa 1970's or later.
Hole at top and front for bail. Additional holes in front (could be used for adorning, could be left as is and used for back of pendant). Some wear.
Measurements: 36mm / 1.4 inches tall - 30mm / 1.2 inches wide (widest point).
