Rashaida / Yemeni  / Palestinian Bedouin hirz amuletic box with hanging dangles from Yemen / Ethiopia / Jordan.

Nice patina, some wear beautiful work. This amulet opens and would have likely been used to carry a koranic saying or prayer.

Likely 1950’s or earlier.

No hallmark or signature.

Would make a wonderful focal pendant. Could be used as is or cleaned.

Adorned with glass cabachon. Weighs 104.3 grams.

Box measures 3.1 inches / 8 cm across and 2.75 inches /7 cm tall NOT including top bails and bottom bells
