Beautiful embroidery of gold, orange and green geometric patterns on a black background.

Perfect for use in making clothing, belts, purses, quilts, etc.

Circa 1990's or earlier.

Measures approximately 14 inches / 35.5 cm across and 18 inches / 45.7 cm from top to bottom. Photos show front and back.

These authentic old Bedouin hand embroidered textile items are harder to find as younger Bedouin women no longer wear them on a regular basis. Even in the market in the Old City in Jerusalem, one finds replicas of them more often then vintage items like these.
