Vintage Chinese silver repousse baby amulet, used to promote fertility in new brides (in hope of a baby boy) and as a protective amulet once the baby was born. This one appears to be the parents with the baby swaddled between them.
Circa mid 1900's.
Measures 1.2 inches tall/wide/ 30.5mm tall, 30.6 mm wide. Weighs 5.25 grams. Good condition. Some oxidation / verdigris visible.
