Nice patina and wear.

Discovered in the Old City in Jerusalem. From Bedouins in Sinai, Israel or Jordan.

Circa mid-20th century.

71mm across. 91mm top to bottom including dangles. Weighs 26.3 grams. Top bails face forward and back.

This amulet probably once opened and held protective or healing prayers. Likely to have been an element in a traditional wedding necklace or dowry.
