Unusual Faux Turquoise Necklace from the Collection of Robert Liu - C061

Necklace of very unusual imitation turquoise glass beads (Czech, Venetian or Japanese). These beads are made like crumb beads that have been marvered into the shape of Chinese baroque turquoise beads. Compared to Chinese turquoise baroque or knuckle-bone beads in photo.


From the collection of Robert K. Liu, co-editor of Ornament Magazine and author of the book, Collectible Beads. Acquired by Robert Liu in the 1970's.
