Small Prayer Box Kitab Pendant from Morocco. 

Kitab pendants are prayer boxes, often used to hold sayings from the Koran.

Appears more square than rectangular in person, but is slightly longer than wide.

Painted or enameled with red and blue designs and with clover-shaped etching.

Approximately Mid 1900’s Morocco.

Measures 22mm (3/4”) across.
