Lovely Nomadic Mauritanian Silver Southern Cross Pendant P701

These lovely handmade pendants were used in Mauritanian traditional wedding jewelry, on headdresses and necklaces, and often kept by the bride to sell in times of need.

We don't know age on these southern crosses. We believe they were was of a well-cared fo and cleaned vintage set of jewelry or from a set that was not heavily used.

They are made of high silver and are delicate but not fragile.

Measure approximately 1.2" x 1.2" (31mm x 31mm).
