Rare large vintage hanging silver fish pendant with 6 bell dangles.
This lovely ethnographic pendant could be used as decoration or as a focal pendant.
Measures 13cm / 5 inches long and weighs 61 grams.
Age: Vintage (mid to late 20th century).
Condition: Lots of patina, should clean up nicely. Missing several dangles.
This large silver - metal fish pendant came to the Collection via Cairo but could have originated in Jordan. Fish pendants are seen in the Palestinian community and have meaning and relevance in the religions sharing the Middle East.
