Mid 1900s or earlier Berber Silver enameled amulet from Morocco.

This amulet was likely worn as part of a headdress or necklace, and contained verses from the Koran to protect its owner from evil.

Opening loop at top. Weighs 39 grams. 

2.25 inches across and 2 inches top to bottom.

Very nice soft silver patina and feel.
