26 inch strand of antique and ancient mixed agate and other stone beads with gorgeous markings.
Lovely bicone shapes mixed with disks and tubes.
Likely to have been manufactured in India somewhere in the 16th-18th centuries, and traded in West Africa (on a long camel caravan!). Disk beads are likely to be much older.
Longest bead measures 28mm length smallest measures 10mm in length. 52 beads total.
