Excavated Bronze Triangular Pendant with Verdigris from the Dogon People, West Africa - P522

1 item in stock

This is an unusual triangular amulet with decorative etching on one side, visible under the patina.

It comes from the Dogon people, who live high in the cliffs of the West African savannah, and make necklaces and jewelry of iron and copper alloy.

We don't have the age on this one but it is antique and could be from the 1800's.
